GreenKeeper Terms of Use

Acceptance

These Terms of Use apply when you install, access or use GreenKeeper, its synchronized services, customer-facing pages, generated documents, notifications, email delivery or related features. GreenKeeper is operated by Blue Sparrow, a solo developer based in India. By using the service, you confirm that you can accept these terms and will follow the rules applicable to your use.

If you use GreenKeeper for a business or another organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it. If you do not accept the terms, do not use the service.

Service

GreenKeeper helps outdoor service professionals organize business profiles, customers, properties, service templates, recurring plans, daily routes, visits, checklists, photographs, reminders, messages, service requests, invoices and external payment records. It can generate PDFs and local exports, synchronize supported content and provide customer-facing pages when connected features are available.

Features vary by app version, platform, plan, region, permissions, provider availability and release configuration. Internet access and a signed-in account are required for synchronization, hosted media, public pages, server email delivery, push messages, subscriptions and some account functions. Blue Sparrow may improve, replace or retire features while respecting user choices and providing notice where appropriate.

GreenKeeper is an organizational tool. It does not perform outdoor services, employ workers, inspect a property, process customer card payments, calculate chemical dosage, certify safety or regulatory compliance, or become a party to arrangements between an operator and customer.

Accounts and Security

Connected account access uses Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication. You must provide accurate information, secure your device and Google account, protect public links and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. Activity through your authenticated account is treated as authorized unless Blue Sparrow has reason to know otherwise.

Do not share operator credentials or attempt to access another workspace. A tokenized customer URL is a purpose-limited sharing link, not an authenticated operator account. Anyone holding a working URL may be able to view or submit the content allowed by it.

Signing out or uninstalling does not necessarily erase synchronized records, delete the Firebase identity or cancel a Google Play subscription. The website deletion flow begins a verified request and does not itself clear on-device data.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, necessity and appropriate use of customer details, addresses, property access information, hazards, photographs, route plans, service notes, communications, invoices, tax entries, payment instructions and manual payment records. Obtain any permission required to record or contact customers, photograph property, store access information, geocode an address or publish customer content.

Review generated routes, reminders, reports, invoices, exports and customer pages before relying on or delivering them. Geocoding, scheduling, totals, tax fields, templates and status labels are aids and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Keep suitable independent records for safety-critical, financial, tax, insurance or continuity needs.

You must not use GreenKeeper to harm or mislead people, impersonate another person, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, send unlawful or unwanted communications, upload malicious material, probe security controls, overwhelm infrastructure, evade plan limits or carry out prohibited or abusive activity.

You are responsible for safe working methods, site assessment, chemical handling, licensing, notices, recordkeeping, pricing, tax treatment and the services you provide. GreenKeeper does not replace professional judgment or advice from a qualified professional.

Subscriptions and Purchases

GreenKeeper can offer Free, Solo Pro, VIP or other plans. Current capabilities, limits, price, currency, tax, billing period and trial eligibility are shown in the app and Google Play before purchase and can differ by location or account.

Google Play processes payments and controls renewal, cancellation, refunds and payment methods under its rules. RevenueCat helps GreenKeeper read purchase and entitlement status but does not replace Google Play as the purchase provider. Unless the store states otherwise, a recurring subscription renews until cancelled through Google Play. Deleting GreenKeeper data, signing out or uninstalling does not cancel it.

Entitlement changes can take time to synchronize. Some connected functions can pause or become unavailable after expiry or downgrade, while local records may remain accessible subject to app capabilities. Restore-purchase tools require the appropriate store account. Blue Sparrow does not promise a particular trial or price beyond the offer shown at purchase.

GreenKeeper records customer payments that occur outside the app and can display operator-supplied payment instructions, destinations or QR images. Blue Sparrow does not receive those customer funds, verify a destination or reverse an external transfer. Operators and customers must verify payment details independently.

Cloud Features

GreenKeeper keeps working records locally first and synchronizes supported content when connected services are configured, the workspace is eligible, the account is authorized and connectivity is available. Synchronization can be delayed, incomplete or affected by conflicting edits, limits, device conditions or provider interruptions.

Uploaded photos, logos, payment images, invoice files and email attachments can be stored or delivered through GreenKeeper services. Users should verify important uploads, messages and exports and maintain suitable independent records. Blue Sparrow cannot restore information that never synchronized successfully or falls outside available backup coverage.

Address geocoding sends an entered service address through the GreenKeeper API to Nominatim. Results are approximate planning aids and must be checked before travel or service. GreenKeeper does not request live GPS location for this feature.

Local backup export creates an unencrypted set of CSV and JSON files. You are responsible for the destination, access permissions, later copies and secure deletion of any export you create.

The checked-in backend deletion endpoint marks the GreenKeeper user deleted and records a tombstone, but does not demonstrate removal of every workspace row or uploaded file. Separate Firebase identity, subscription, support, provider and backup data can require additional steps or time as described in the Privacy Policy.

Public Links

GreenKeeper can create 30-day tokenized links for selected visit summaries, invoice previews and appointment confirmations. You choose what to publish, whom to send it to and when to revoke it. Expiry and revocation reduce ongoing access but do not retrieve copies already saved or forwarded by a recipient.

Tokens and unlisted URLs reduce casual discovery but do not guarantee confidentiality. GreenKeeper does not promise that every crawler or external service will respect search-exclusion signals. Review customer names, addresses, photographs, notes, prices, payment instructions and business details before sharing.

The optional service-request page is a public intake surface identified by workspace ID. If you enable or distribute it, visitors can submit contact details, an address, service preferences and notes. You are responsible for providing suitable notice, limiting collection and following up appropriately.

You must have permission to share customer, property, photo, invoice and communication content. Do not place gate codes, private notes, unnecessary hazard details, confidential payment information or other security-sensitive material on a customer-facing page.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the business and customer content you enter, subject to the rights of other people and organizations. You grant Blue Sparrow and its providers a limited permission to host, process, transmit, reproduce and format that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the requested GreenKeeper functions and meet applicable obligations.

GreenKeeper's software, design, branding, documentation and original materials remain owned by Blue Sparrow or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use GreenKeeper for its intended purpose under these terms and store rules.

Feedback can be used to improve GreenKeeper without an obligation to implement it or compensate the sender. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, bypass protections or use Blue Sparrow branding in a misleading way except where applicable rules expressly permit it.

Availability and Disclaimers

GreenKeeper is provided on an available basis. Blue Sparrow works to keep it useful and secure but does not promise uninterrupted access, perfect synchronization, permanent availability of a customer page, complete backup coverage, error-free calculations or compatibility with every device, provider or workflow.

To the extent applicable rules permit, Blue Sparrow is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from unavailable service, unsynchronized data, a forwarded public link, an inaccurate address result, an external payment, a recipient's actions or reliance on a generated record. Nothing in these terms removes protections or remedies that cannot validly be limited.

You should verify important route, safety, customer, financial and service information and keep independent copies appropriate to your business. Blue Sparrow is not responsible for the underlying outdoor work, customer relationship, tax treatment, chemical use or operator-supplied payment destination.

Termination

You may stop using GreenKeeper at any time. Export anything you need, revoke active customer links, request deletion where appropriate, cancel subscriptions through Google Play and remove local app data using device controls.

Blue Sparrow may limit or suspend connected access when reasonably necessary to protect users or infrastructure, respond to misuse, enforce plan limits, address an applicable requirement or retire a service. Where practical, notice and an opportunity to export will be provided.

Terms that by their nature should continue after use ends remain effective, including responsibilities for content already shared, ownership, provider billing, permitted limitations and records that must be retained.

Changes

Blue Sparrow may update these terms when GreenKeeper, its plans, providers or applicable requirements change. The updated date will change, and material changes may also be announced in the app or on https://bluesparrow.dev. Continued use after an applicable notice period means the revised terms apply, unless additional consent is required.
