These terms explain the relationship between Blue Sparrow and each SoloRythm user. They are written for a global audience and should be read with the Privacy Policy and the purchase information displayed by Google Play.

Acceptance

These Terms of Use apply when you install, access or use SoloRythm, its website, operational services, notifications, support or related features. SoloRythm is operated by Blue Sparrow, a solo developer based in India. By using the service, you confirm that you can accept these terms and will follow the rules applicable to your use.

If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service. SoloRythm is intended for users aged at least 16, or any higher minimum age required where they live.

Plain-language summary

SoloRythm can help you organize focus, breaks and reflection. You remain responsible for your wellbeing, decisions, device, account and any files you export or share.

Service

SoloRythm provides local check-ins, focus sessions, breaks, reminders, journal entries, weekly reflections, burnout-awareness prompts and progress views. It can also provide optional encrypted Google Drive recovery, local human-readable export, generic operational notifications, support, account controls and Premium capabilities.

Features vary by app version, platform, plan, region, permissions, provider availability and release configuration. The local core is designed to remain useful offline, while sign-in, Drive, cloud notifications, purchases, support and account operations require the relevant provider and connectivity.

SoloRythm is a general wellness and organization tool. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, psychological service or emergency resource. It does not diagnose, prevent or treat a condition and does not promise productivity, income, focus quality, reduced stress or prevention of burnout.

Accounts and Security

SoloRythm uses Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication. Users must provide accurate account information, use an authorized account, secure their device and Google account, protect their recovery passphrase and promptly report suspected unauthorized use.

Sensitive actions such as account deletion can require recent Google reauthentication. Signing out or uninstalling does not erase every operational or provider record, delete Drive checkpoints or cancel a Google Play subscription. Use the relevant controls for each action.

Blue Sparrow may temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, billing integrity or the service, address serious misuse or meet an applicable obligation.

Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy and suitability of intentions, schedules, journal content, reflection answers, reminders and exports. Do not rely on SoloRythm for medication, emergencies, hazardous work, critical appointments or anything where delayed notification or service failure could cause harm. Use independent arrangements for critical reminders.

Users must not misuse accounts or support channels, attempt unauthorized access, bypass authentication, billing, encryption, rate limits or security controls, introduce malicious material, interfere with the service, impersonate others, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use SoloRythm for prohibited or unlawful activity.

Notification delivery can be affected by permission settings, battery optimization, do-not-disturb mode, operating-system policies, restarts, clock changes and app removal. Users should review their settings and not treat an exact reminder time as guaranteed.

Cloud Features

Personal work-rhythm records remain in SoloRythm's encrypted local database and are not synchronized to Blue Sparrow's operational API. Generic cloud notifications and operational requests must not be used to submit journal text, reflection answers, focus intentions or other wellness content.

Optional Google Drive recovery uses separate authorization. SoloRythm encrypts checkpoint content on the device before storing it in the hidden app-data area of the matching Google account. Recovery requires available provider access and the user's recovery passphrase. Blue Sparrow has no key escrow, cannot reset the passphrase and cannot restore information outside accessible, valid checkpoints.

Drive recovery is not live multi-device sync. Drive availability, quota, provider changes, account access and connectivity can affect backup, retention, deletion and restore. Disconnecting the feature locally does not itself revoke provider consent or delete previous checkpoints.

A human-readable JSON or Markdown export is created locally at a destination chosen by the user. It may contain sensitive plaintext. Users are responsible for protecting, sharing and deleting exported copies, including copies handled by another app, storage provider or recipient.

Subscriptions and Purchases

SoloRythm can offer Free, Premium or other plans. Current capabilities, price, currency, tax, billing period, trial eligibility and promotional terms are shown in the app and by Google Play before purchase and can vary by account, country, version and offer.

Google Play processes charges, renewals, cancellations and eligible refunds under its rules. RevenueCat helps verify purchase and entitlement status. Blue Sparrow does not receive full payment-card details. Unless Google Play states otherwise, a subscription renews until cancelled through the user's Google Play account.

Uninstalling SoloRythm, signing out or deleting an account does not itself cancel billing. If entitlement expires or cannot be verified, Premium capabilities may become unavailable. A plan change does not intentionally delete existing local history, but unavailable Premium functions can pause until access returns.

Intellectual Property

Users retain rights in original intentions, journal entries, reflections, schedules, exports and other content they lawfully create. Blue Sparrow does not acquire ownership of local work-rhythm content. The user gives providers only the limited permission needed to process an optional encrypted checkpoint, selected support message or other action they request.

SoloRythm, its software, design, branding, guidance catalog and original service materials belong to Blue Sparrow or its licensors. Blue Sparrow grants each user a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. These terms do not permit copying, reselling, extracting protected parts or reverse engineering except where applicable rules expressly allow it.

Feedback may be used to improve SoloRythm without payment or attribution, but it does not give Blue Sparrow ownership of unrelated user content. Open-source components remain governed by their own licenses.

Availability and Disclaimers

Blue Sparrow works to keep SoloRythm useful, private and secure, but availability is not guaranteed. Device storage, operating-system restrictions, networks, Firebase, Google, Drive, Play, RevenueCat, hosting and mail services can delay or interrupt related functions.

SoloRythm is provided as a practical general wellness aid on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable rules, Blue Sparrow does not promise that every reminder, suggestion, progress view, backup, restore, export, notification, entitlement or provider response will always be accurate, current, uninterrupted or error-free.

SoloRythm does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, clinical, financial, employment or other professional advice. Users should apply their own judgment and consult an appropriate qualified professional when needed. Nothing in these terms removes consumer, privacy or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination

Users may stop using SoloRythm at any time. Before leaving, create any wanted export and use the separate deletion controls for local data, accessible Drive checkpoints, configured operational records and the Firebase identity. Google Play subscriptions must be managed separately.

The deletion flow requires local deletion and lets the user select available operational and Drive scopes. It attempts each selected action in a guarded order and can stop when a provider action fails so the user can retry. Provider logs, support communications, billing records, deletion tombstones and rotating backups can continue for their applicable retention periods.

Blue Sparrow may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, address serious misuse or non-payment, enforce plan limits or meet an applicable obligation. Where practical, Blue Sparrow will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

Changes

Blue Sparrow may update these terms as SoloRythm, its providers, plans or applicable requirements change. The updated date will change, and material changes may also be announced in the app or at https://bluesparrow.dev. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required.

Continuing to use SoloRythm after revised terms take effect means the revised terms apply. If a material change is not acceptable, stop using the affected feature and use available export, deletion and subscription controls.
