DigiWell Terms of Use

Acceptance

These terms apply when you install, access or use DigiWell. By using the app, you agree to them and acknowledge the DigiWell Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use DigiWell. If you make choices for someone who cannot accept these terms independently, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

Blue Sparrow operates DigiWell as a solo developer based in India. These terms work alongside Google Play rules and the terms of any optional provider you choose to use. Mandatory consumer and privacy protections available where you live remain unaffected.

Service

DigiWell provides local-first tools for desk-wellness routines, schedules, reminders, check-ins, hydration entries, Focus sessions, locally calculated progress, optional encrypted Google Drive recovery and readable export. A Google sign-in establishes the account boundary. Connected builds may also use limited account, device, push and access services that are deliberately separated from wellness content.

DigiWell is a general-wellness and habit-support tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prevention, clinical monitoring, emergency response or a guarantee of health, productivity or wellbeing outcomes. Templates, reminders, progress and suggestions are general aids and cannot account for your medical history or circumstances. Stop an activity that causes pain, dizziness or concern and seek appropriately qualified help. Use emergency services available where you live for an urgent situation.

Do not rely on DigiWell for medication, urgent symptoms, occupational safety, child supervision or any reminder where delay or non-delivery could cause harm.

Accounts and security

DigiWell currently uses Google Sign-In through Firebase Authentication. Use only an account you are permitted to use and protect your device, Google account, screen lock and authentication methods. Google Drive permission is a separate optional choice.

Each Google account is mapped to a separate encrypted local database. Signing out closes the active profile but does not delete that database, a Drive checkpoint, the operational account or a store subscription. Account deletion is a separate multi-step action described below.

Tell [email protected] if you reasonably believe DigiWell account access has been compromised. Never send a Google password, authentication token, database key or recovery passphrase to Blue Sparrow support.

Responsibilities

Use DigiWell lawfully, safely and for its intended personal wellness purpose. You must not:

• Attempt unauthorised access to another account, local profile, checkpoint or connected service.
• Interfere with security, encryption, billing, rate limits, reminders or normal service operation.
• Introduce malicious code, abusive automation or misleading requests.
• Misrepresent an identity, use another person's account without permission or expose another person's private information.
• Copy, resell or exploit protected parts of DigiWell beyond permissions provided by applicable rules.
• Use DigiWell as a substitute for professional or emergency help.

You decide what to record, back up, export or send. Keep your device and recovery passphrase safe, verify export destinations and maintain an independent copy of information you cannot replace.

Reminders and wellness choices

Core routine reminders are scheduled locally. Notification permission, exact-alarm access, restart behavior, battery optimisation, time-zone changes, device-maker restrictions and operating-system updates can delay, group or suppress them. DigiWell does not guarantee that any reminder will arrive at an exact time.

You remain responsible for deciding whether a routine or Focus session is suitable. Hydration amounts and progress summaries are records or calculations from the information you enter, not personalised medical recommendations. Do not use a streak or reminder as a reason to continue an activity that feels unsafe.

Subscriptions and purchases

The current bundled configuration does not assume that RevenueCat purchasing is active. DigiWell may offer paid appearance choices or other clearly identified capabilities in a release where billing is enabled. The feature, price, billing period, renewal information and any trial displayed by Google Play before confirmation are the terms for that offer.

Google Play processes payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds under its rules. RevenueCat may support product and entitlement delivery when enabled. Blue Sparrow does not receive your full payment-card or bank details.

A subscription may renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before the applicable renewal time. Uninstalling DigiWell, signing out, deleting local data or completing DigiWell account deletion does not cancel a store subscription. Manage or cancel it through Google Play. Refund, withdrawal or cooling-off rights required where you live remain available.

Paid access can take time to refresh and may depend on connectivity, a valid store record and the Google Play account used for purchase. A downgrade does not intentionally delete existing local wellness records, but a paid visual or capability may stop being active until access returns.

Cloud features

Connected account, push, recovery, update and optional purchase features depend on Blue Sparrow services or third-party providers. Availability can be affected by connectivity, account state, service changes, provider limits or regional support.

Optional Drive recovery stores checkpoint objects in DigiWell's hidden app-data area in your Google Drive. Checkpoint wellness content is encrypted on your device. A random backup master key is protected by a recovery passphrase, and separate keys protect checkpoint objects. Google identity confirms the account boundary and is not an encryption key. Protect the passphrase: DigiWell cannot reveal it if forgotten.

Recovery is a deliberate backup and replace operation, not live synchronization or collaborative storage. Devices can diverge. DigiWell verifies a checkpoint before restore, but no backup system can guarantee that every attempt, file or provider copy will remain available. Do not make DigiWell recovery your only copy of information you cannot replace.

DigiWell normally retains recent, weekly and monthly recovery points and removes older objects on a best-effort basis. Disconnecting Drive or signing out does not delete existing objects. Account deletion attempts Drive removal only when you select that scope and the app can obtain access.

A readable JSON export is not encrypted by DigiWell after it is saved to your selected destination. You are responsible for choosing a safe location and recipient. DigiWell cannot retrieve a file that another application, provider or person already copied.

Deletion and ending use

You may stop using DigiWell at any time. You can remove selected local records, clear app storage, uninstall, manage Drive files through available controls and start the in-app account-deletion flow. Cancel any store subscription separately.

The account-deletion flow requires fresh Google confirmation and proceeds through selected service, Drive, reminder, local-data and Firebase Authentication steps. A required failure stops later work so you can retry. Limited deletion markers, disabled device rows, delivery or security records, provider records and database backups may remain as described in the Privacy Policy. A user-created export or provider copy has its own lifecycle.

Blue Sparrow may restrict a connected feature or account where reasonably needed for serious misuse, fraud, security risk, non-payment, provider requirements or service discontinuation. Where practical, notice and an opportunity to address the issue will be provided. Local wellness tools may remain usable only to the extent supported by the installed app and active account boundary.

Intellectual property

Blue Sparrow and its licensors retain rights in DigiWell's software, original interface, branding, documentation, routine catalogue and other protected materials. You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use DigiWell on supported devices under these terms and applicable app-store rules.

You retain the rights you have in routine names, descriptions, Focus intentions, notes and other original content you create. DigiWell receives only the limited technical permission needed to store that content locally, create a backup or export at your request and process a support message you choose to send. This does not transfer ownership of your wellness content.

Third-party libraries, fonts and services retain their own rights and licence terms. Contact [email protected] if you believe DigiWell material raises an intellectual-property concern.

Availability and disclaimers

Blue Sparrow works to keep DigiWell useful, private and secure, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free calculations, exact reminder delivery, successful backup or restore, compatibility with every device, or a particular wellness or productivity result. Device failure, account loss, provider outages, network conditions and software changes can affect the service.

DigiWell is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable requirements, responsibility is limited to reasonably foreseeable loss caused by a failure to use reasonable care. Nothing in these terms removes or restricts a mandatory consumer right or remedy that cannot validly be removed where you live.

Termination

When you stop using DigiWell, these terms end except for provisions that naturally remain meaningful, including completed purchase responsibilities, ownership, permissions needed for copies you asked DigiWell to create, service limitations and privacy obligations.

Removing the app does not by itself remove an operational account, Firebase Authentication account, Drive checkpoint, support message, store record or exported copy. Use the relevant controls and Privacy Policy process for those scopes.

Changes

DigiWell and these terms may evolve. Material changes will be explained through the app or https://bluesparrow.dev and will show a new updated date. Advance notice will be provided where required. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using DigiWell and manage any account, subscription, backup or export as appropriate.
